Fund Raising

BASICS Gloucestershire is a charity which depends on donations from the public to fund its important work. Doctors do not get paid for being available to respond for the ambulance service. All of our doctors use their own vehicles for their emergency work, and receive no reimbursement for vehicle running costs or additional insurance. We hope that you never need our services, but sadly serious accidents occur regularly on Gloucestershire's roads. Even a small contribution can keep our important work going.

How can you help?

1) Send a donation, however large or small, to
Dr James Miller,
BASICS Gloucestershire Treasurer,
St Peter's Road Surgery
St Peter's Road
Cirencester
Gloucestershire
GL7 1RF

2) Consider making a regular donation by direct debit. By declaring your gift donations to the Inland Revenue we can claim back some of the tax you have paid to increase the amount that we receive at no extra cost to yourself.

3) Get your company to sponsor a piece of life-saving equipment.

4) Help organise a fundraising event for BASICS Gloucestershire.

5) Remember us in your will.
